Those clients with routine and prescheduled appointments may present themselves for services as planned. Anyone who needs to reschedule an appointment from this morning, or U.S. citizens with unscheduled emergencies in need of Consular services, may contact the Embassy via 2519-2000 or via ACSSanJose@state.gov.
