Community Solutions Program (CSP)
The program has the goal of developing ethical values-based civil society leaders, committed to collaboratively solving challenges in their local communities. Fellows are civil society leaders ages 25-38 who are early- to mid-career professionals poised to scale up and innovate upon their existing community development initiatives.

If you are between the ages of 25 and 38 and have at least two years of experience working on environmental issues, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability issues, or women and gender issues, apply today: https://www.irex.org/program/community-solutions-program-application-information. The application closes November 1st, 2023.

Program length and timing:

Fellows receive support from an alumni mentor, identify their own housing arrangement with the support of volunteer community liaisons, and are supported by a limited number of reciprocal exchanges by U.S. hosts and program alumni.
Participants receive professional experience and mentorship, individualized leadership coaching, numerous networking opportunities with U.S. and international experts, and full funding for travel, housing, and food.
