The U.S. Embassy American Corner in Limon is celebrating its 12th anniversary.
This American Space offers free information about the United States through books, magazines, CDs, free access to Internet, and cultural programs.

Ambassador Sharon Day highlighted in her speech the importance of the programs realized at the American Corner, programs that have benefitted the community and demonstrate the U.S. Embassy’s commitment to provide young limonenses with needed tools to be competitive in a globalized world.
In 2018 alone, the American Corner received 31,000 visitors, hosted special programs attended by 27,000 people.
For this special celebration, the U.S. Embassy organized the concert with Howard University Gospel Choir.

Happy anniversary and thanks to all Limon residents for their support!
