San Jose, September 11th, 2017 DCM Robin Matthewman presided over a U.S. Embassy ceremony honoring the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks with a minute of silence. Both U.S. and Costa Rican citizens participated in the emotional service. Each remembered like it was yesterday what happened 16 years ago, a day that transformed each of their lives.
